When I graduated from Windham High School in 1976 and went straight to basic training at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas it never in a million years would have occurred to me that I would eventually be living in Norwich, the Rose of New England. Funny how life likes to throw curve-balls at you! For years I made my living telling police officers where to go but for the past 6+ years I've been dispatching ambulances instead.
Now ... let's see how well I juggle a stress-filled job with a 17-year old attending her senior year of high school. I think a definite sense of humor will be required!

December 31, 2006

lose some of this extra weight I've been carrying around,
hopefully get my finances straightened out,
take a much-needed vacation (I hear the hotels in Madrid are really quite nice!),
and maybe end this six-year drought of no kisses!
